Hi, I’m Cindy

I’m an intimacy educator, meditation teacher, and creator of the 4D Intimacy Method™ — a grounded framework that guides you through all four dimensions of intimacy, so you can feel safe enough to show up fully, love deeply, and thrive in your relationships. 

Most of us never learned how to be truly present with ourselves, let alone someone else.
My work centers women loving women and queer folks who are ready to move beyond the burnout of dating apps and re-learn intimacy as a daily practice — with self, others, and community.
